New Semi-hard cheese from Goat’s milk from TYRAS!

Our new semi-hard cheese from goat’s milk, is produced from 100% pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, rennet and culture. It has 40% min. fat in dry matter and 45% max. moisture. It is 6month matured and  produced based on the traditional recipe, the love and care of TYRAS!
