Stuffed peppers with feta

Rinse and dry the peppers.

Crush the cheese in a bowl with a fork.

Mix the cheese with the yogurt, pepper and a pinch of oregano.

Cut the lid from the peppers (the part with the stalk) and fill them with the cheese mixture.

Place the peppers on a baking pan and bake them in a preheated oven on grill and air resistors at 200℃ for 30 mins.

8 large red or green bell peppers
250 gr. TYRAS cow-milk white cheese
2 tbsp. strained yogurt
Pepper
Oregano
