Smoked salmon rolls with cream cheese

recipe image

Rinse the onions, chop them into very thin strips and put them in a bowl with cold water for 10 mins to mild their taste.

Place a paper towel on a plate and transfer them there to dry well.

In a large bowl add the cream cheese and beat until fluffy.

Add the lemon juice and the ginger to the mixture and mix well, constantly working the cheese with the fork.

Add the chopped onions and dill and mix well until smooth.

Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until it settles

Once the mixture is firm, take the salmon slices and spread on them evenly the cheese mixture.

Wrap each slice of salmon in rolls, place them on a plate and put the plate on the top shelf of the refrigerator to chill well, for at least 1½ hour.

Cut the rolls into slices, in the size of your preference, and sprinkle them with the garnish of your choice. Serve with social snacks or pieces of toasted bread and enjoy!
