Tuna salad with cottage cheese, avocado and olives

In a large or medium bowl mix gently all the ingredients until they become a homogeneous and balanced mixture

Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again carefully.

Serve it in a sandwich, on toasted slices of bread or as a simple side dish in a bowl.

Ingredients (4 Serves)

2 cans of tuna in water (drained)
1 cup TYRAS cottage cheese
2/3 of a cup corn
2/3 of a cup of red Florina peppers
1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in halves or in quarters)
½ large avocado (diced)
5-6 Amfissa or Kalamata olives (coarsely chopped & seedless)
2 tbsp. spicy mustard or Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes or paprika (mildly hot)
